Can I take my rental overseas?
Yes — overseas rentals are allowed under 14-day rental periods.
What rental duration is included in my subscription?
With Muse+, you can select any rental duration that suits your event at no extra cost — whether it’s 4 days, 8 days, or longer. This means you can even take your rental overseas (carried in your hand luggage only) without paying additional fees. Do I need to clean my dress before returning?
No — cleaning is included in every membership. Just wear and return.
What happens if I’m late returning?
Late returns incur $20 per day, per garment. If your late return cancels another booking, you’ll also be charged the lost rental income.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We provide detailed size guides and recommended fit notes. Fit cannot be guaranteed, but you can book a Try-on or add a Back-Up Style for peace of mind.
What if something gets damaged?
Minor wear and tear is covered, but significant damage or loss may result in repair costs or full replacement at RRP. Members can also add a Damage Waiver for extra peace of mind.
